Below is a summary of the conference I had with my Site Supervisor

I met with Mr. Galow, the Deputy Superintendent, on Tuesday February 14, 2012, in his office and we reviewed my proposed plan one activity at a time. We looked at the textbook and the description of the Internship Plan assignment before looking at my plan. He liked the comprehensive design of the plan as a whole. He asked several questions about the plan and even asked if the internship was limited to the activities listed. He mentioned that things are constantly changing and something may come up that is very appropriate for my internship. Mr. Galow stopped by my office on February 16, 2012, and spoke about school board relations. He felt that this was an area that he could help me. An activity he mentioned, that I had listed, was updating the school board with policy updates. I think that I will have a solid internship experience because Mr. Galow's strengths compliment mine. He is strong in Domains I and III while I am more comfortable in Domain II.

He is very supportive and looks forward to working with me during this internship. He mentioned that we would continually revisit activities at random depending on the current happenings in the district.

I deleted a repeated activity and found a spelling error. I did not make any large scale changes to my plan as Mr. Galow felt that it was good for now. It may end up growing or morphing before all is said and done.
